• Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated.
• Descriptions: We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

We provide India-wide shipping for all our machinery solutions.

• Delivery Timelines: While we offer "Fast Delivery," actual transit times vary based on your location (e.g., Ranchi vs. remote areas).
• Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

The logos, brand names (AFIFA POWER), custom icons, and website design are the intellectual property of Afifa Power. Any unauthorized use of our branding, including logos and promotional media, is strictly prohibited under Indian Intellectual Property laws.

In no event shall Afifa Power or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profit or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the machinery or materials on the site, even if notified of such damage.

Any claim relating to the Afifa Power website shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located inRanchi, Jharkhand.
